Our famous alpinist and travel writer is facing yet another challenge which he will undoubtedly successfully overcome, just like all those to date. He will devote his image and activities to the promotion of the Imex banka which will also offer logistical support to our great alpinist during his travels and adventures around the world.
The proposal and first contact regarding possible cooperation was achieved at the beginning of 2006 when the Imex banka plc., deciding to hire a public personality for their own promotional activities, contacted Mr. Božić offering him cooperation in the field of promotion and advancement of the recognisability of the name of the Imex bank plc. and its products and services. Recognising in this manner a way to contribute to the promotion of a Croatian owned financial institution, Stipe Božić happily expressed his readiness to actively participate in the promotion of products and services of the Imex banka plc.
On this occasion the Imex banka plc. organised a joint meeting with journalists at which, amongst pleasant socialising and conversation with the gathered journalists, it presented the bank’s plans for the current year, and formally presented Mr. Stipe Božić as the public face of the promotional activities of the bank. The Business cooperation agreement was signed in the manner befitting persons of excellence in their field – at the peak, this time a mountain peak. In front of the Imex banka plc. the agreement was signed by the Chairman of the Board Mr. Branko Buljan, who on this occasion expressed his satisfaction and honour that the Imex banka plc. will be promoted by Mr. Božić as a striking example of everything that the Imex banka plc. strives for in their own business operations – knowledge, integrity, persistence and a balanced relationship towards it surrounding and country in which it does business.
Stipe Božić, inspired by the positive atmosphere created by the pleasant mountain surroundings and signed agreement, stated that he will fulfil the undertaken responsibilities exactly as he approached the conquering of mountain peaks, with careful appraisal of each step toward conquest and with unshakable determination and persistence.
After the signing of the agreement the news about the signing of the business cooperation was announced to the journalists present. The joint gathering was concluded with a joint dinner at which Stipe Božić held an interesting motivating presentation in which he in brief presented part of his abundance of works. Finally, joint satisfaction about the signed agreement was expressed, and journalists were also invited to the next gathering with interesting themes and events organised by the Imex banka plc.
